You are allowing your business to be displayed for your customers/clients on this website. You are stating that the information you provide on the directory is accurate, and that you are running your business under the Alaska state laws.
Go Kodiak Alaska, LLC will not be held liable for in-accurate or misleading information provided by businesses/organizations including: content, prices, bookings, pictures, or any errors from businesses, and will not assume any liabilities for injuries, claims, losses, or personal damages of any kind. You are responsable for all content including photos, contact information, and links on your web-page.
Due to human error, there may be an occasional typing error. Go Kodiak Alaska, LLC reserves the right to make updates, revise, or make corrections without notice at any time.
Go Kodiak Alaska, LLC will not be held liable for any transmittal of viruses, spy ware or any malicious content on the website, links, attachments, or emails. In addition, you are prohibited of transferring any transmittal of viruses, bugs, spy ware, malicious content, profanity, illegal, threatening, obscene, inappropriate, or anything harmful against the website or its clients. You will be responsible for any damages, all expenses including but not limited to: attorney fees, travel and lodging, litigation costs, compensation, to Go Kodiak Alaska, LLC. Go Kodiak Alaska, LLC reserves the right to remove anyone at any time for any reason. If you feel there is an error you must provide a written statement describing the circumstances and facts and allow 30 days for the receiving party to dispute it. If you make any suggestions, comments, ideas, feedback, either verbally, emails, postal, or in any way; Go Kodiak Alaska, LLC will not be limited in its use, and will not be subject to pay compensation, reply, or owe for it.
Ranking
Businesses will be published in the directory on a first come/first serve basis, according to package selection.
Payments
You are responsible for annual or monthly fees when due. Annual billings are due on your anniversary post date of each year. If you did not receive your billing or have questions concerning payments, please contact Kari Sherod: Managing Member at 907-654-7250 or by emailing services @ gokodiakalaska.com. Business hours are from 9a.m to 7p.m, Monday-Friday and Saturday by appointment. (For NSF a $25.00 fee will be charged to you.)
Refunds
If this website does not meet your expectations, you can request your business directory be removed in written form, by mail or email, from the website. For yearly payments made: In your first sixty days you may receive a refund for membership fee’s and will be pro-rated out based on the date submitted, after sixty days all fees are non refundable. For monthly billings: there are no refunds.
Additional Daily Ads
Additional daily advertisements are due no later than noon the business day before running. Please check your spelling. Slots are available on a first come, first serve basis.
